Garlic Rosemary Mayonnaise

DF, V, VG if using mayo substitute, GF

What makes a sandwich?  Is it whether it’s turkey or ham?  Whether it’s on white, wheat or rye?  To me it’s the spread: mayonnaise, mustard, etc.  The spread is what brings everything together, it’s the glue.  I love making several different spreads at home and garlic rosemary mayonnaise is the one that started it all.  My boyfriend didn’t use to eat condiments at all: no mayonnaise, no mustard and not even ketchup!  I couldn’t understand it, but now he can’t eat a sandwich without this mayonnaise.  If you’re looking for a new twist on your favorite sandwich, you just found it.

Garlic Rosemary Mayonnaise
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbs rosemary, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together, then spread on your sandwich.  Mayonnaise can be stored in your frig for 1 week.
