Whenever I make a burger I have to make these fries. When fries are done right they are crispy and salty while being the perfect vehicle for ketchup, which these fries are. They get super crispy and are a lot healthier than traditional fries. Seriously make these next time you make burgers.
4 russet potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, halves cut lengthwise into fourths
2 tbs rosemary
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss the potatoes with rosemary, olive oil and salt in a large bowl then dump onto a prepared baking sheet making sure they are in a single layer. Roast for 30 minutes then flip potatoes to the other side and roast for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
