After a weekend gym visit I love to make a fruit smoothie. It helps to reinvigorate you after a tough sweat session and get you ready for the day. And with a few crackers topped with almond butter, it makes a great snack.
Pineapple and Strawberry Smoothie
1 1/2 c fresh strawberries
1 3/4 c fresh pineapple
1/2 c vanilla greek yogurt
1 c orange juice
Combine all ingredients into a blender, and puree until smooth.
